And I believe in this so strongly because I’ve lived the opposite.
I know what it feels like to have the pen pulled from your hands, to feel like life is happening around you while pain, fear, or setbacks keep you stuck on the sidelines. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body and from the story you thought you were writing.
But I also know what it feels like to take the pen back.
To reclaim authorship.
To rebuild trust in your body.
To rise stronger, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
